Guidelines, intellectual design protocols, and agreement frameworks of the CGD Nexus.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CG DAWN Nexus and its sub-channels, you synchronize your agreement with these Terms of Strategy. If you do not accept these operational rules, you must terminate your access to our systems immediately.

2. Intellectual Assets & Proprietary Protocols

All virtual systems, Unreal Engine 5 configurations, design frameworks, UI schemas (such as Starkit HUDs), and 3D assets showcased in our Creative Vault are the exclusive properties of Cyber Generation Dawn. Unauthorized replication or scraping of these assets constitutes a breach of strategy.

3. User-Submitted Applications & Code

When applying to careers or training tracks, you guarantee that all files, code segments, and portfolios are your own creation. We reserve the right to review submissions for plagiarism. Data provided is stored securely within Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage.

4. Service Inquiries and Scope

Inquiries submitted through our forms do not establish a binding contract. Binding agreements are only executed through custom-signed service level agreements (SLAs).
